これまで私は、さまざまな文化やコミュニティに関わり、多くの人との出会いの中で、自分自身も変化してきました。

Through my involvement in different cultures and communities, and through the many people I have met, I have continued to change and grow.

人と人が出会い、お互いに影響し合うことで、それまで気づかなかった自分や、その人らしい魅力が見えてくる。私は、そんな人とのつながりが持つ力を大切にしています。

When people meet and influence one another, they can discover sides of themselves they had not noticed before, and the qualities that make each person unique. I value the power of these human connections.

現在は二児の母として山中温泉で暮らしながら、これまでの経験を活かして、地域、文化、アート、旅、暮らしをつなぐ活動をしています。

Today, I live in Yamanaka Onsen as a mother of two. Drawing on my experiences, I work to connect communities, culture, art, travel and everyday life.

これからご縁があって出会う人たちと、お互いの魅力や可能性を引き出し合いながら、新しい道や世界を一緒につくっていきたいと思っています。

With the people I meet along the way, I hope to bring out one another’s strengths and possibilities, and create new paths and worlds together.

そして、地方にはまだ知られていない面白さや可能性がたくさんあります。山中温泉という場所から、新しい出会いやつながり、コミュニティが生まれていくことを楽しみにしています。

There is still so much to discover in places beyond the big cities. I look forward to new encounters, connections and communities growing from here in Yamanaka Onsen.

KIOKUのほかにも、「氣楽レボリューション」として、食や暮らしをテーマに、イベントへの出店、料理教室、お惣菜屋さんなど、その時々のアイデアやご縁から生まれる幅広い活動をしています。

Alongside KIOKU, I run “Kiraku Revolution”: a wide range of activities centred on food and everyday life, including stalls at events, cooking classes and a prepared-food shop, shaped by the ideas and connections that come along.

自称「氣楽活動家」です。

I call myself a “Kiraku activist”—an activist for living with ease and joy.
